    this is not edited, the ball follows a perfect parabola. if you dont know what a parabola is look it up on wikipedia. btw all projectiles follow a parabolic path.

    Exactly. And the reason the sound is delayed by about a quarter of a second is that it is about 200 feet away from the hoop, and sound travels at 1116 feet per second, so from 200 feet it would take 1/6 of a second to get to the camera.
