American Samoa – Football Island (Part III)

April13

jodatoa.blogspot.com The following are extra scenes not fully televised in the main documentary. Pre-game warmups like you’ve never seen before, as demonstrated by a high school football team in American Samoa! The governor of American Samoa, Togiola Tulafono, shows Scott Pelley the many mementoes on display from Samoan players who’ve made it to the NFL. NFL superstar Troy Polamalu explains how the Samoan way of life has contributed to his success. Scott Pelley discusses his upcoming “60 Minutes” report on a territory that sends more players to the NFL than any similarly populated place in America.

when troy said that “we play with respect,” i was surprise cause when tafuna and leone high school played the championship i forgot what year but tafuna won and the lions were pissed and they started a fight in the field while the governor is watching, but not only that game but every single game there’s always a fight after the game and rocks throwing at cars, bus, and each other. Not only the samoans in the island but also the samoans in Long Beach, Compton and everywhere.

@KangaKucha easier said then done lol if Amerika Samoa & Samoa were to Unite trust and believe there would be WAR amongst the islands of SAMOA against each other just like the old days. For 1 the Tui Manu’a Title would come bacc to life and this Title was the highest & ancient title of SAMOA but then you have Tui Atua who is the current ruler of Samoa not Amerika Samoa you see where Im getting too?
