There are jerks the world over in every country not just the USA. Believe me I have been to the USA enough to know that for the most part they are nice people. There are arrogant Canadians too you know.
I do and so do a lot of others. Obviously the people of Vancouver cared enough due to their enormous attendance at all of the women’s hockey game. Don’t forget that 11.5 of the gold medals won by Canadians were by women.
Oh, that’s right. Because if the US had won, they would have been soooo humble – and not the arrogant jerks that they’re known – the world over – for being. Ha ha ha. What sore loosers and terribly poor sports. I would expect nothing less.
Everyone get along now! LOL! A lot of us care about women’s sports, especially the hockey as they are more consistent… I love watching them play and I was a good hockey player myself in men’s hockey. Nothing wrong with women’s hockey, heck you got a poor habs fan there in the pile…LOL!…bums…haha..go Canucks!

Where’s the mention of our women’s team? Didn’t they win gold too?
No the USA win was more special because it was done by a bunch of college kids against the mighty Central Red Army who were amateurs–not a bunch of millionaire NHL players.
This win was as big for Canada as the USA’s win in Lake Placid in the 80’s. Some people have commented that Canada was too ‘in your face’ but I really think we showed our Canadian patriotism rather than nationalism.
I was really proud to be Canadian at that moment!!! Still am!
